Mantovani Horses Business Ecosystem
After a year of international growth — with expansion in Madrid through Mythos Mantovani (with Thais Rico, ESP), the attraction of renowned athletes such as Maxi Kira von Platen (GER) and the creation of the Platenhof Mantovani training center in Germany, our entry into the United States through Sarah Tubman (USA), and significant investment in the finest modern bloodlines — we proudly announce the Mantovani Horses United Team, with a new vision for multidisciplinary sporting activities and investment accessibility through the modern financial market.
Previously dedicated to dressage, we now take a bold step: in addition to dressage, we expand our scope to include show jumping in Madrid and working equitation with Máximo Mantovani in Portugal. We bring together three modalities that rarely coexist under the same flag. By uniting dressage, jumping, and working equitation in a single major project, we aspire to create a multifaceted sports team and challenge the segmented model that dominates the equestrian scene, opening the way for hybrid sporting development with the prospect of progress across different areas.
More than just a team, the Mantovani Horses United Team is a manifesto: our conviction that horses should not be seen only as cultural icons or athletes, but also as structured economic assets. While many still view horse investment as amateur, we create global and transparent investment mechanisms. Through shared ownership, investment funds, and even asset tokenization, along with a digital marketplace, we bring horses into the market system — with governance, auditing, and liquidity.
Critics may say that this movement “financializes” horses, turning passion into numbers. But the truth is that, for decades, the sector has lived with a contradiction: horses have always been financial assets, only without transparency. Ownership was traded without clear criteria, prize money was not properly reinvested, and investors relied more on favors and connections than on structure. We have simply brought to light what always existed and offered a mature, accessible, and global alternative.
We believe the equestrian world must stop being hostage to nostalgia. It must professionalize, open up, and become attractive not only to those who love horses but also to those seeking clear financial returns. And, above all, it must demonstrate that tradition and innovation are not enemies; they are pieces of the same board.
The Mantovani Horses United Team is not just another sports team. It is our declaration that the equestrian market can — and must — be treated with the same rigor and ambition as any other sector of the global market.
